Such therapeutic approach consists of three elements: empathy, acceptance and genuineness. That is, the therapist lives as well as possible in the client, the client accepts it as is, ie he is not judgmental and helps the client itself and not to condemn him as a psychotherapist in touch with his feelings. In the client-centered view, these basic elements of a secure environment in which the client can develop further.
