Since last week I found myself on seminar trips, with only a few stops at home to the bag off and pack up. This will probably drag on until Christmas.

as often as you asked me, what are now major oil? For me there is in working with dementia patients following oils can be applied to diverse and often:
- fine lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) => soothing, calming, sleep inducing
- rosemary cineol ( Rosmarinus officinalis ) => stimulating, invigorating
- Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile ) => calming, anxiolytic, reducing Aggessionspotential
- Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) => mood-lifting, gently invigorating, balancing
- cedar (Cedrus atlantica) => strengthening mental on the plane, energizing, with nostalgia, sadness, separation
5 ml Lavender
5 drops Chamomile Roman
10 drops mandarin
this mix is for the air care, and suitable to produce a calming, anti-anxiety body oil or bath additive. For a body oil add 10 drops of this mixture to 50 ml of base oil or 10 drops of this mixture to a half cup of cream emulsified for a full bath.
After two days seminar with nearly 30 student (s) and still play the next day with over 20 participants (s) has my vote but suffered much, my neck and I need to clear my throat constantly. Therefore, I gargle after a hard day with a throat like linalool mixture of bergamot, Manuka and thyme.

This week I had the good fortune to have found a beautiful hotel and can enjoy the luxury of a bathtub. From the long drive my shoulder and neck area is still very tense, so I do not begrudge me this evening with a relaxing bath Lavender, and marjoram cajeput.
The beautiful side effect of this mixture is that it is not only soothing and relaxing, but also promotes sleep.
