Ont. Salvage Artic Cat Parts

sunburn as he should not ...

My daughter wanted to set the river on the fly, a great tan and has waived sunscreen. Well, she is almost grown up (soon 18) and tips on my part, unfortunately, now and then "ignored". From the browning test then a sunburn of superlatives has become.

Two hours after her return from the lake, she could hardly stand still in pain and my advice was in demand again after all ;-)

I decided to hang up her cottage cheese wrap, plus I have for this large area of warm low fat curd cheese 2 packets room with 20 extra drops of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) stirred.

sunburned Both thigh and the lower lumbar area, I have sprayed with Rosenhydrolat, cotton towels and covered it with the quark smeared as thick as a finger.

Now put another layer of cotton cloths over the curd and covered with a cloth, as she got chills.

She lay there for almost an hour, until the cheese was completely dried up.

I have mixed her next sunburn oil, which she rubbed her skin in the next few days several times a day care:

40 ml Aloe Vera Oil
10 ml of sea buckthorn oil
20 drops of lavender extra (Lavandula angustifolia )
3 drops of peppermint (Mentha piperita)
5 drops of frankincense (Boswellia sacra)

After two days to see a marked improvement of skin condition:

The skin care oil has she used up completely, the skin has not peeled and it has become even more brown. But I think this will not happen to you!

St. John's wort oil - harvest late in

Because of the bad weather in early summer, has St. John's wort flowering later this year with us for about 3 weeks. St. John's wort is usually about 24 Harvested in June, but this year was from the flowers to see nothing.

Today I made myself at lunch time on the way to harvest St. John's Wort.
My St. John's wort oil stocks from last year is drawing to a close now and I'm looking forward to the fresh macerate. In order to recognize the real

St. John you have to consider three things:

first holds the leaves to the sunlight can see from these perforations, hence its Latin name Hypericum perforatum
second the stem of the St. John's is two-edged
third grind to the flowers between his fingers, the deep red color, this is the red pigment hypericin responsible. This is a red pigment with photosensitizing properties. The photosensitivity of the skin is thus increased.

St. John's wort grows in sunny meadows and roadsides to. It is about 80 - 100 cm high. It is extremely hard, so St. John's wort was also formerly known as "Hartheu" because it is the hay has made her tough.

Paracelsus has reported more than 450 years ago about the healing effect of St. John's . The plant was for him a kind of panacea. He has then been used to treat depression, melancholia and hysteria.

Johanniskrautöl homemade:
St. John's wort is collected in full bloom from late June to September. The flowers are collected at the top around noon. It takes a liter of oil, about 250 - 300g St. John's wort flowers. This removes one of vermin.

The flowers are placed in a sealable bright glass and poured over 1 liter of extra virgin olive oil .
All plant parts must be covered with the oil.

About 4 weeks in the sun and provide natural light.

After filling through a fine sieve into a dark bottle and dark place. Ca. 1 year. As alternatives to oil offer, for example, sesame, macadamia - (Extremely Gentle to the skin) or sunflower oil on.
This
macerate is particularly soothing for rheumatic complaints. It has muscle relaxing , wound healing, anti-inflammatory , to stimulate blood circulation , antibacterial and antiviral properties. It also is helpful in skin care and skin problems.

For Brusteinreibungsölen for respiratory diseases I use as a base oil prefer Johanniskrautöl .

skin care oil for sunburn
50 ml Johanniskrautöl
10 drops lavender fine (Lavandula angustifolia)
3 drops peppermint (Mentha piperita)
2 drops of frankincense (Boswellia sacra)

For muscle pain, sore muscles or as sports oil :

50 ml St. John's Wort Oil
5 drops cajeput (Melaleuca leucadendra)
3 drops of lavender fine (Lavandula angustifolia)
3 drops of pine (Pinus mugo)
3 drops of Wintergreen (Gaultheria fragrantissima)

Did you know that there is also an essential oil from St. John there?

The main ingredients are:
monoterpenes , such as alpha and beta - pinene
sesquiterpenes (up to 45%)
Sesquiterpenole
oxides
and hydrocarbons

The essential oil I mix like in mood body oils.

Models Noses With Bumps

lavender flower

Now begins the "Blue Wonder" on to flower in all its diversity in my garden. The hot summer, dry weather may like the lavender. I always find amazing how many species there are but alone in my garden! We know about 25 different species of lavender.
In aromatherapy / aroma care we use mainly fine and extra lavender (Lavandula angustifolia ), Spike lavender (Lavandula latifolia ), lavender (Lavandula stoechas ) and Lavandin (Lavandula hybrida ).

In the fields of lavender fine, in about 800 m above sea level, to grow all these colors, everything looks a little disorganized. The soil is dry, rocky and barren, the plants often vary in size and color - from dark purple to blue and sometimes white. This lavender makes its name - it smells very delicate, flowery and soft. It is rich in Esters mainly linalyl acetate and Monoterpenole, the linalool. In this way he gets his soothing, antispasmodic and relaxing effect.

Lavender fine or the lavender is extra as essential oil has a medicine cabinet for themselves if the first assistance funds for burns, insect bites or headache ..... for injuries, skin fungus, high blood pressure, insomnia, bronchitis, ear pain, itching, cramps, and more

In my seminars, I pass a lot of recipes, mostly I am dictating this to my course participants and often I hear: "Lavender is yes in nearly every recipe in it."

The Lavandin, in contrast to the lavender fine a relatively high proportion of camphor and therefore has a more stimulating and if so many ignorant lavender oil buyer surprised that he did not sleep, can but rather to stimulate the night strikes around the ears, then he has unknowingly bought Lavandin. Lavandin is often declared in the oil bottle as lavender and if the botanical name is missing on the label, you know just not exactly what it is lavender!

Here is the little bumble bee very fond of the scent of lavender. The essential oil is often used to repel insects, such as in the closet to repel moths. Also said to have had the lavender a major contribution to stem the plague. The people "perfumed" with lavender essence, this scent was far responsible for the transmission of the rat to humans, fleas!

lavender oil is used in the care eg for pressure ulcer prevention, for soothing lotions, ointments, Foot baths, etc.
Even when working with dementia patients lavender oil is one of the most important essential oils, for example when it comes to web work or at high agitation and aggression.

It are here a wonderful film in four parts of the lavender to look at: " lavender - flower between heaven and hell"

Good recipes with lavender:

skin care oil for anxiety:
50 ml St. John's wort oil
5 drops of lavender fine (Lavandula angustifolia)
3 drops of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
2 drops Chamomile Roman (Anthemis nobilis)

After sun oil:
100 ml Aloe Vera macerate
15 drops of lavender fine / extra (Lavandula angustifolia)
3 drops carrot seed oil (Daucus carota)
2 Trofpen Peppermint (Mentha piperita)

care oil for insomnia:
50 ml St. John's wort oil
5 drops lavender fine (Lavandula angustifolia)
4 drops of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
3 drops Spikenard (Nardostachys jatamansi)
2 drops Marjoram (Origanum majorana)
3 drops red mandarin (Citrus reticulata)

For insect bites, minor burns and sunburn may be the lavender one of the few essential oils are sometimes used alone.

More about sunburn here in the next few days .....

Hot Days - Cool Spray's

The heat has us set under control ....... my mother (a geriatric nurse) feels just the late shift as very stressful and they asked me to mix it but something in the lab coat fits and provides refreshment.

I opted for the following mixture: 30 ml

Pfefferminzhydrolat
4 drops. Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
5 drops. Bergamot mint (Mentha citrada)
3 Tr. Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora)

The mixture smells very fresh, slightly lemony and yet feels cool against the skin. She uses it as a decollete and Armspray. Her female colleagues find it great and they made him leave the station.

Also for me I've made a mixture:

30 ml of orange blossom
5 drops of blood orange (Citrus sinensis)
3 drops of bergamot (Citrus bergamia)
4 drops bergamot mint (Mentha citrata)
half drop of Vetiver (Vetiveria Zizanoides)

A very fruity, fresh mix who just give half the drop of Vetiver a particular depth.
bergamot mint (Mentha citrada)

also Hydrosols pure as can cool off on the warm Weather Service:
-Pfefferminzhydrolat
-orange blossom
-Lavendelhydrolat
