The heat has us set under control ....... my mother (a geriatric nurse) feels just the late shift as very stressful and they asked me to mix it but something in the lab coat fits and provides refreshment.
I opted for the following mixture: 30 ml
Pfefferminzhydrolat
4 drops. Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
5 drops. Bergamot mint (Mentha citrada)
3 Tr. Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora)
The mixture smells very fresh, slightly lemony and yet feels cool against the skin. She uses it as a decollete and Armspray. Her female colleagues find it great and they made him leave the station.
Also for me I've made a mixture:
30 ml of orange blossom
5 drops of blood orange (Citrus sinensis)
3 drops of bergamot (Citrus bergamia)
4 drops bergamot mint (Mentha citrata)
half drop of Vetiver (Vetiveria Zizanoides)
A very fruity, fresh mix who just give half the drop of Vetiver a particular depth.
bergamot mint (Mentha citrada)
-Pfefferminzhydrolat
-orange blossom
-Lavendelhydrolat
-Rosenhydrolat
