Skin care in postmortem patients
The most frequently asked question in my seminars is that for a suitable skin care oil for residents and patients which can not be sufficiently activated and their skin is strong pressure ulcer risk.
is calculated as in nursing homes is usually very tight budget, it was important to me this is a good yet inexpensive way recommended for optimal skin care.
Well suitable base oil is a virgin olive oil, which is known in some discount stores to buy pretty cheap. Olive oil improves circulation, anti-inflammatory and warming and is thus in the nursing field a well suitable base oil.
A simple formula can look like this:
100 ml olive oil
30 drops of lavender extra (Lavandula angustifolia / vera)
or
100 ml olive oil
30 drops of essential oil blend "soft touch"
this is a mixture whose recipe I was prepared. Extra lavender, frankincense, Manuka and other essential oils provide a good skin care, submit a intertrigo and a fungal infection.

How To Register At Techdecklive
Cloudy weather - gloomy mood?
it rains for days and these are almost without interruption ............ the weather and temperatures less than summery autumnal .......... this is that yesterday the birthday of my dear grandmother was, she would have turned 90 years old ....
I imagine how this weather is on the mood of sick, old or even dying people in hospitals, nursing homes and hospices, influence.
Essential oils have a positive effect on mood, which would stimulate serotonin release here a useful support as eg
Bergamot (Citrus bergamia)
mandarin (Citrus reticulata)
Neroli (Citrus aurantium ssp. aurantium)
Rose (Rosa damascena)
all citrus oils
Tonka (Dipteryx odorata)
and then some .....
following body spray I've created:
30 ml of orange blossom
20 ml Rosenhydrolat
3 drops Neroli
5 drops bergamot
2 drops of Rose Absolute
5 drops of lime (Citrus aurantifolia)
massage oil, "Summer Light"
10 ml Aloe Vera oil (maceration)
2 drops of blood orange (Citrus aurantium sinensis)
2 drops Petitgrain (Citrus aurantium ssp aurantium)
2 drops Neroli

sunflower - Helianthus annuus
sunflower oil is a very valuable oil and must not be brought from far away. It grows in our immediate surroundings!
The sunflower is originally from North America and was cultivated as early as three to four thousand years ago by the natives, long before the discovery of America. With the English pioneers, they probably came to Europe and is now one of the most important oil suppliers.
Unfortunately I have often felt that the sunflower oil is a little the "lobby" is missing, for example, the olive oil. Many people do not know how many valuable unsaturated Fatty acids especially linoleic acid, are contained in sunflower oil. Also know it from a high vitamin E content. In my seminars, I have to even find that most participants did not smell like a cold-pressed sunflower oil and tastes. Usually it is bought in transparent plastic bottles in the discount stores for a few cents. These are but a refined product! (more about that soon in this blog)
linoleic acid is a double-unsaturated fatty acid, this has a positive effect on the skin and the mucous membrane of the intestine. It provides a clear arteries and a balanced cholesterol levels.
Vitamin E is generally a good Cell-protective agent.
as cooking oil, it is particularly valuable when there are still mixed with vegetable oils, which oleic acid (monounsaturated) and alpha-linolenic acid mix (such as olive oil, rapeseed oil, linseed oil, etc.). It supports the function of the intestine and the immune system, promotes healing from within the various skin problems, as it exerts on the cell renewal of the skin has a positive influence.
For skin care, it is mixed with vegetable oils that are slightly longer shelf life, such as jojoba oil, shea butter, coconut oil, etc.
also for use as Ölziehkur is an excellent basis:
100 ml sunflower oil
3 drops peppermint (Mentha piperita)
ct 2 drops of thyme. linlalool (Thymus vulgaris)
3 drops Manuka (Leptospermum scoparium)
this morning, take a tablespoon in the mouth, about 2 - 3 minutes, rinse vigorously and pass between the teeth. Then spit out and rinse your mouth thoroughly. Brush your teeth carefully. ! In no case should the oil be swallowed!
itchy scalp
sunflower oil in the ratio 9:1 with sea buckthorn oil mix
